- 4 large tomatoes, cut into eighths
- 1 large onion (oso sweet halved, thinly sliced)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in a large salad bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- 2 toss well; chill for an hour, garnish with cilantro sprigs.
