Ingredients

- 3 lbs cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1/4 cup canning salt (kosher salt)
- 4 medium onions, sliced
- 2 green peppers (sliced thinly) (optional)
- 2 red peppers (sliced thinly) (optional)
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds (optional)
- chopped dill (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place in large container,
- 2 stir vinegar, sugar, salt, herbs until sugar completely dissolved,
- 3 add vegetables,
