Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt or 2 cups nonfat yogurt
- 16 ounces hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 2 teaspoons low-fat sour cream (optional) or 2 teaspoons nonfat sour cream (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together. serve on salad, over a baked potato or with some crisp raw veggies.
