Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- salt, to taste
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and cut into 1/2 ",cubes
- 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
Recipe
- 1 whisk together the vinegar, oil, pepper, dillweed, sugar, and a sprinkle of salt.
- 2 add cucumber and lettuce.
- 3 toss lightly and serve immediately.
