Cucumber Iceberg Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and cut into 1/2 ",cubes
  • 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together the vinegar, oil, pepper, dillweed, sugar, and a sprinkle of salt.
  • 2 add cucumber and lettuce.
  • 3 toss lightly and serve immediately.
