- 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar

- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh herb, minced

Recipe
- 1 place ingredients into a small jar wth a tight fitting lid.
- 2 shake well.
- 3 keep jar refrigerated until ready to use.
- 4 shake well before using.
