Low-cal Mustard-vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herb, minced
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place ingredients into a small jar wth a tight fitting lid.
  • 2 shake well.
  • 3 keep jar refrigerated until ready to use.
  • 4 shake well before using.
