Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

- 3 seedless cucumbers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 -2 teaspoon vinegar
- toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 peel cucumbers slice thin into a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and mix well.
- 2 set aside for 45 minutes.
- 3 put cucumbers in a strainer and squeeze as much liquid as possible out.
