Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 seedless cucumbers
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 -2 teaspoon vinegar
  • toasted sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 peel cucumbers slice thin into a large bowl, sprinkle with salt and mix well.
  • 2 set aside for 45 minutes.
  • 3 put cucumbers in a strainer and squeeze as much liquid as possible out.
  • 4 discard liquid.
  • 5 mix lemon juice, sugar, and vinegar, add cucumbers.
  • 6 chill.
  • 7 garnish salad with toasted sesame seeds.
