Fat Belly Greek Pasta Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 ounces dried whole wheat fusilli, cooked, drained, and cooled
  • 5 kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 cook, drain and cool fusilli.
  • 2 combine cooled fusilli, olives, red onion, grape tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  • 3 enjoy!
