Ingredients

- 2 ounces dried whole wheat fusilli, cooked, drained, and cooled
- 5 kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 cook, drain and cool fusilli.
- 2 combine cooled fusilli, olives, red onion, grape tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
