asian-inspired ginger dressing
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup minced onion, or more to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

- put yogurt, lemon juice, rice vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, onion, garlic, ginger paste, sugar, and black pepper in a blender; blend on high until smooth.
- pour dressing into a sealable container, seal, and refrigerate at least 30 minute before serving.
