asian-inspired ginger dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced onion, or more to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 40 mins

  • put yogurt, lemon juice, rice vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, onion, garlic, ginger paste, sugar, and black pepper in a blender; blend on high until smooth.
  • pour dressing into a sealable container, seal, and refrigerate at least 30 minute before serving.
