Barb's Curried Mango-avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 mangos - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 4 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

    Preparation Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 50 mins

  • toss together the mango, avocado, onion, lime juice, and curry powder in a large bowl. cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
