Mama's Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large red delicious apples, cored and diced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or more to taste

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 40 mins

  • combine peas, cheese, apples, sugar, and mayonnaise in a bowl. fold together gently to mix and dissolve sugar. chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
