Rocket And Parma Ham Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (7 ounce) bag arugula
  • 7 ounces parma ham, torn into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • arrange arugula on a large, flat platter.
  • top arugula with parma ham.
  • drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
