Lebanese Bean Salad
Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can fava beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley, or more to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste

- mix fava beans, chickpeas, white beans, parsley, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice together in a bowl. season with kosher salt and black pepper. chill and marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
