- 2 english cucumbers
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
Recipe
- 1 peel and seed cucumbers. cut into ¼ inch slices.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 add cucumbers and toss to combine. sprinkle with chives. cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
