Dijon Dressing (gluten-free)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon caster sugar (more to taste if needed)
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 pinch salt
  • fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or shake in a glass jar with lid on.
