- 3 large cucumbers, peeled, sliced thin
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 toss together the sliced cucumbers, onions and peppers.
- 2 mix together vinegar, salt, sugar and celery seed.
- 3 pour over cucumber mixture.
- 4 mix.
- 5 put into plastic storge container with lid.
- 6 refrigerate overnight.
