- 1 1/2 cups finely diced english cucumbers
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine cucumber, onion, vinegar, sugar, lemon rind, salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
