Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned lentils, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons low-fat italian salad dressing
- 1 whole wheat pita bread, cut in half (61/2-inch)
Recipe
- 1 combine lentils, carrots, celery and pepper with salad dressing. fill pita with mixture.
