Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano (or other herb of your choice)
Recipe
- 1 coddle the egg by placing it in a bowl of very hot tap water. let stand for 15 minutes.
- 2 combine all of the ingredients in a food blender and mix.
