Dijon Mustard Dressing

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano (or other herb of your choice)

Recipe

  • 1 coddle the egg by placing it in a bowl of very hot tap water. let stand for 15 minutes.
  • 2 combine all of the ingredients in a food blender and mix.
