Greek Boiled Eggs With Lemon/oil Sauce Over Greens

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 lemons, juice of, fresh
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • salad greens

Recipe

  • 1 hard cook the eggs. peel and quarter.
  • 2 while eggs are cooking, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil and mustard.
  • 3 place greens on plates. arrange 6 egg quarters over greens on each plate.
  • 4 salt and pepper each plate, lightly.
  • 5 drizzle sauce over each plate. serve.
