Jackyes Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups button mushrooms, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 (10 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or veganaisse)
- 1/4 cup wheylow granular (or sugar)
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (with garlic if available)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl mix together the first 4 ingredients.
- 2 drain the mandarins and add to the bowl.
- 3 in a smaller bowl mix together the mayo, whey-low and vinegar.
- 4 pour the dressing onto the vegetables.
- 5 stir gently just to spread the dressing around.
- 6 refrigerate and serve.
