Jackyes Broccoli Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups button mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 (10 ounce) can mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or veganaisse)
  • 1/4 cup wheylow granular (or sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (with garlic if available)

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl mix together the first 4 ingredients.
  • 2 drain the mandarins and add to the bowl.
  • 3 in a smaller bowl mix together the mayo, whey-low and vinegar.
  • 4 pour the dressing onto the vegetables.
  • 5 stir gently just to spread the dressing around.
  • 6 refrigerate and serve.
