Ingredients

- 3 cucumbers, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced very thin
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (can use balsamic)
- 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- crumbled feta cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix vinegars, oil, salt and oregano.
- 2 add vegetables and allow to marinade in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hour.
