Fresh Tomato Salad

Ingredients

- 10 medium plum tomatoes, halved and sliced
- 1 small onion, halved and sliced very thin
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- lawry's seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 lb feta cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 mix the tomatoes and onion in a large bowl; stir in olive oil.
- 2 add oregano, basil and lawry's seasoned salt (to taste); gently mix in feta cheese.
- 3 pour water into bowl; pick up bowl and move in a shaking swirling motion to mix in water.
- 4 cover and chill 1-2 hours. stir before serving.
