Granny's Fruity Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
  • 2 1/2 ounces toasted almonds, slices
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup green seedless grape, halved
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients well.
  • 2 serve over lettuce.
