Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 bunch broccoli, washed and cut into spears
- 1 cauliflower, washed and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 bag baby carrots
- 1 red pepper, cut into bite size pieces
- 4 stalks celery, cut into chunks
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 bottle italian dressing (i use kraft)
Recipe
- 1 place veggies in a large bowl and pour the dressing over it.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 4 drain and serve.
