Marinated Veggies

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 bunch broccoli, washed and cut into spears
  • 1 cauliflower, washed and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 bag baby carrots
  • 1 red pepper, cut into bite size pieces
  • 4 stalks celery, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bottle italian dressing (i use kraft)

Recipe

  • 1 place veggies in a large bowl and pour the dressing over it.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • 4 drain and serve.
