Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 lbs meat
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except the meat in a large zippable bag.
- 2 cut the meat into 1 to 1 1/2 inch chunks and add to bag.
- 3 knead the marinade into the meat and let sit in the refirgerator 1 to 3 hours - i usually let it sit overnight.
