Marination For Kabobs

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 3 hrs Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lbs meat

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except the meat in a large zippable bag.
  • 2 cut the meat into 1 to 1 1/2 inch chunks and add to bag.
  • 3 knead the marinade into the meat and let sit in the refirgerator 1 to 3 hours - i usually let it sit overnight.
