Cucumbers And Mint Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled
  • 1/3 cup mint leaf, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 dice the cucumber.
  • 2 add the mint, onion and yogurt.
  • 3 stir well.
  • 4 salt to taste.
