Ingredients

- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups sliced cucumbers (i prefer seedless english cucumbers)
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine mayonaisse, sugar, vinegar and salt by using a whisk (blend this well).
- 2 add cucumbers and stir to coat.
- 3 cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
