Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 nice sized cucumber
- 1 large sweet onion
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 wash and peel cukes; slice into bowl big enough for all ingredients.
- 2 peel onion and slice thinly into bowl with cukes.
- 3 mix vinegar and water with sugar.
- 4 pour over cucumber and onions.
- 5 put lid on bowl or cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 6 serve cold.
