Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cups salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Recipe
- 1 mix together the mustard, pepper then whisk in the egg yolks.
- 2 add half of the vinegar and whisk until you get a smooth texture.
- 3 whisk in the oil little by little until you have added it all, then whisk in the remaining vinegar until you obtain a smooth mixture.
