- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup diced vidalia onion
- 3 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 teaspoons chopped baby fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- mozzarella string cheese, cut into 1/2 lengths
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients and chill for at least four hours before serving.
