Ingredients

- 1 cup salad oil (use salad oil only!)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3/4-1 lb fresh mushrooms
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients (except mushrooms) and shake well to blend.
- 2 pour over washed mushrooms and allow to marinate about 6 hours.
