Not My Grandma's Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, crushed
  • 1 medium size red pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 head romaine lettuce (or large package)
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans chicken, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 tear lettuce into small pieces and place into bowl.
  • 2 add red pepper and onion.
  • 3 add ramen noodles.
  • 4 add chicken and mayonaise.
  • 5 mix well. add salt and pepper for taste.
  • 6 serve with tomatoes on your favorite bread and just by it self.
