Ingredients

- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cucumber
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
Recipe
- 1 thinly slice the cucumber, sprinkle with salt.
- 2 let sit for 20 minutes.
- 3 take cucumber slices in hand and squeeze out all of the juice into a bowl.
- 4 then chop up the cucumber in little bits and add to bowl.
- 5 mix in the yogurt, lemon, salt and pepper.
