Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- fresh ground pepper
- salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste. mix well.
- 2 chill before serving.
- 3 serve over salad greens of your choice.
