French Dressing Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 lbs red potatoes
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup french dressing
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 cup sweet pickle, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes and set aside to cool. when cool, cut to desired size cubes.
  • 2 prepare the hard boiled eggs. when cooled, remove yolks and discard. chop the egg whites.
  • 3 combine mayonnaise, french dressing, and vinegar.
  • 4 add salt, pepper, sugar, celery seed, pickle and onion mix, and egg whites. mix thoroughly.
  • 5 add potatoes and mix well.
  • 6 chill before serving.
