French Dressing Potato Salad

Ingredients

- 3 lbs red potatoes
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup french dressing
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 cup sweet pickle, chopped
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes and set aside to cool. when cool, cut to desired size cubes.
- 2 prepare the hard boiled eggs. when cooled, remove yolks and discard. chop the egg whites.
- 3 combine mayonnaise, french dressing, and vinegar.
- 4 add salt, pepper, sugar, celery seed, pickle and onion mix, and egg whites. mix thoroughly.
- 5 add potatoes and mix well.
- 6 chill before serving.
