Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 5 cups fruit

Recipe

  • 1 beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and lemon zest together in a large bowl until smooth.
  • 2 mix in fruit.
  • 3 spread in a 11 by 7 inch baking dish and freeze until firm, 8 hours or overnight.
  • 4 let stand at room temperature until softened enough to cut, 10-15 minutes.
  • 5 cut into squares and serve on lettuce lined plates.
