Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 5 cups fruit
Recipe
- 1 beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and lemon zest together in a large bowl until smooth.
- 2 mix in fruit.
- 3 spread in a 11 by 7 inch baking dish and freeze until firm, 8 hours or overnight.
- 4 let stand at room temperature until softened enough to cut, 10-15 minutes.
- 5 cut into squares and serve on lettuce lined plates.
