Cranberry/pineapple Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 2 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 in a large bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
  • 3 add vanilla, cranberries, pineapple, eggs, and salad oil.
  • 4 mix well.
  • 5 do not beat.
  • 6 pour mixture into a greased 10 inch tube pan (or 10 cup bundt pan).
  • 7 bake 1 hour or until done.
  • 8 cool and slice.
