Cranberry/pineapple Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 in a large bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
- 3 add vanilla, cranberries, pineapple, eggs, and salad oil.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 do not beat.
- 6 pour mixture into a greased 10 inch tube pan (or 10 cup bundt pan).
- 7 bake 1 hour or until done.
- 8 cool and slice.
