Greek Salad Dip

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated english cucumber
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped ripe tomato
  • 1 tablespoon grated red onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced kalamata olive

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, mash feta and cream together until smooth.
  • 2 fold in cucumber, tomato, red onion and olives. cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
  • 3 variation: add ¼ cup champagne or wine vinegar to this to make a vinaigrette dressing.
