Green Goddess Dressing

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (low fat works, but non-fat does not)
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (use italian flat leaf parsley, not curly)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 pack all ingredients into a food processer and pulse until smooth.
