Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (low fat works, but non-fat does not)
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (use italian flat leaf parsley, not curly)
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 pack all ingredients into a food processer and pulse until smooth.
