Horseradish Cream Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 3 tablespoons vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash pepper
• 2 tablespoons grated horseradish

Recipe

• 1 beat cream until it begins to thicken, add vinegar gradually; continue beating until cream is stiff; add salt and pepper and fold in the horseradish.
