Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated horseradish
Recipe
- 1 beat cream until it begins to thicken, add vinegar gradually; continue beating until cream is stiff; add salt and pepper and fold in the horseradish.
