Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 4 hard boiled egg whites, diced
- 1/3 cup diced carrot
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced kosher dill pickle
- 5 green olives, diced
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 4 flour tortillas, taco size
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together except lettuce and tortillas.
- 2 divide salad into fourths.
- 3 make four wraps. each wrap gets 1 cup of romaine lettuce.
