Ingredients
- 1 seedless european cucumber
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 3 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice the cucumber thin with a sharp knife.
- 2 mix the dressing ingredients well and pour over cucumber slices in serving bowl.
- 3 refrigerate for at least an hour.
- 4 sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
