Fast Fix Up Reuben Casserole

Ingredients

• 20 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1/2 lbs sliced lean corned beef
• 1/4 cup russian salad dressing, plus additional on the side
• 16 ounces sauerkraut, drained
• 8 slices swiss cheese, cheees

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 450.
• 2 grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
• 3 spread hash browns in prepared baking dish. season with salt and pepper. bake 15 minutes.
• 4 top with corned beef, slightly over lapping slices. spread russian dressing.
• 5 on top. spoon on sauerkraut. cover with swiss cheese. bake 15 minutes more. serve with extra dressing on the side.
