- 1 lb button mushroom
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 place mushrooms in a medium bowl. add lemon juice and toss to coat.
- 2 add parsley, tarragon, salt, pepper and olive oil.
- 3 stir well.
- 4 cover and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
