Finnish Horseradish Cream (salad Dressing)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 300 ml low-fat creme fraiche
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated horseradish (fresh or preserved)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir - don't beat as it gets runny and too milky.
  • 2 serve as you want and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
