- 300 ml low-fat creme fraiche
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated horseradish (fresh or preserved)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir - don't beat as it gets runny and too milky.
- 2 serve as you want and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
