- 1/2 cup low-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise or 2 tablespoons miracle whip light
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- salad greens
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except salad greens lightly but thoroughly.
- 2 spoon on salad greens and serve.
