Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 lbs heirloom tomatoes, wedged
Recipe
- 1 whisk together vinegar, salt, mustard and pepper.
- 2 add oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly until emulsified.
- 3 add tomatoes and toss gently to coat.
