Herb-grilled Chicken With Watermelon-feta Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups diced seedless watermelon
  • 3/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olive, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons reserved marinade
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
