Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 2 teaspoons dried leaf basil, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- 2 whirl until smooth.
- 3 place in jar with tight-fitting lid.
- 4 refrigerate for up to two weeks.
- 5 shake well before serving.
